Announcement to the Lebanese Business Community: Initiative of trade & investment partnerships between Lebanon and Turkey.

 

Dear Members,

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon is pleased to share with the Lebanese business community the below initiative to foster partnerships between Lebanese and Turkish business communities.

 

“ASKON Lebanon, is pleased to announce an important initiative, launched by the Turkish state, aimed at enhancing trade and investment relations between Lebanon and Turkiye. This initiative, is designed to support Lebanese entrepreneurs, investors, and businesspeople during these challenging times and to strengthen economic cooperation between the two countries, namely:

 

      1.    Facilitating Lebanese business investments in Turkiye.

      2.    Developing industrial and commercial projects.

      3.    Providing insights into investment opportunities, trade collaboration, and business licensing incentives in Turkiye.

 

To support this initiative, a general meeting will be organized to discuss these opportunities and explore potential trade partnerships. Furthermore, a visit to Turkiye is being planned, which will include:

• Meetings with the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Treasury, and the Investment Office of the Presidency in Turkiye.

• Discussions with the General Directorate of ASKON.

• Visits to major Turkish companies to explore avenues for collaboration.
